1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: Processing time may take slightly longer during high-volume seasons, sales, or product launches. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure safe handling of liquid perfume items.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days (where available).

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over a specified cart value at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your package has left our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your fragrance’s journey directly through the provided carrier portal.

4. Damages, Lost Packages, & Issues

  • BAJWA MART is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive your order damaged or if the glass bottle is broken upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately at [Insert Support Email] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item/packaging.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will replace damaged shipments promptly.

5. Incorrect Addresses / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the package a second time.
